Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–9 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as carrier delays, weather, or high demand).
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural events, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, we may require additional shipping fees to resend the item.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors or your local carrier
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Reach out to us—we’ll try to help where possible
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.
